How to Add FAQ

To access the Page Editor, go to Storeshop Dashboard → Settings → Design & Customization → Page Editor.

The FAQ content type allows you to add interactive boxes with questions and answers. Customers can click on a question to reveal the answer.

  • Click Add and select FAQ.
  • Under Title, enter a question you want to display (e.g., “What is your return policy?”).
  • Under Description, enter the answer to the question.

At first glance, only the text in the Title field will be visible on the website. When you click on the title, the text in the Description field will appear below it.

Adding More FAQ Boxes

You can add more question-and-answer boxes by clicking + Add More. This allows you to expand your FAQ section with additional entries.

Finalizing the Edit

  • After adding all content, click Update, located at the bottom left of the screen.
  • Then, close the content block window and click Save. The Save button is located next to the Add button.
