How to Add Form

To access the Page Editor, go to Storeshop Dashboard → Settings → Design & Customization → Page Editor.

The Form content type allows you to add a contact form to your page, enabling customers to reach out directly via the form.

  1. Click Add and select Form.
  2. Under Receiver Email, enter the email address where the form submissions will be sent. This is the email address that will receive the submitted form data.
  3. Under Text, enter the text you want to appear above the form. This can be a message or instructions for the customer.
  4. Under Fields, you can add the fields you want in the form.
    • Field Name determines what the field will be called (e.g., “Name”, “Email”, etc.).
    • To make a field mandatory, check Is required? for that field.

Field Types

You can choose from three different field formats:

  • Text Field: A simple text input for short responses.
  • Comment Field: A larger text area for longer responses, ideal for comments or messages.
  • Product Field

Adding More Fields

To add more fields to the form, click + Add More Fields. You can keep adding fields and adjust them to suit your needs.

Finalizing the Edit

  • After adding all content, click Update, located at the bottom left of the screen.
  • Then, close the content block window and click Save. The Save button is located next to the Add button.
