How to change company information and activate order confirmation

Step 1: Accessing Business Settings

Begin by navigating to the menu bar and selecting Settings, then choose Business > Company.

Step 2: Updating Company Information
Scroll down to Company Information and fill out your business details.

These details will appear on the order confirmation sent to your customers upon purchase.
Click Save in the top right corner.

Step 3: Activating Order Confirmation
Scroll back up and click B2B settings under Business.
Tick Send order confirmation to customer. Click Save to apply your changes.
Next, click B2C settings, and tick Send order confirmation to customer.
Click Save to apply your changes.
