With shipping settings you can control how shipping costs are displayed and calculated for your B2B customers. Follow the steps below to set it up in your Storeshop dashboard.
1. Navigate to Shipping Settings
- Log in to your Storeshop Dashboard.
- Click Settings → Order & Fulfillment → Shipping settings.
- Scroll down to the section B2B Settings.
2. Set a Free Shipping Limit
- Under Free shipping limit, you can add an amount that removes shipping costs if the order total is higher than the limit.
- Example: If you set the free shipping limit to NOK 3000,- any B2B order above this amount will not be charged shipping.
3. Create a Shipping Product
To add shipping options, you first need a shipping product.
- If you use an ERP/accounting system: Create the shipping product in your ERP. It will then be transferred automatically to Storeshop.
- If you do not use an ERP:
- Go to Products → All products → Add product in Storeshop.
- Give the product a name (e.g., “Standard Shipping”).
- Add an article number (that is not already in use).
- Add a price.
4. Connect the Shipping Product
- Go back to Shipping settings.
- Under Search for products, search for the shipping product you just created.
- On the right-hand side, in the field Enter a display name, you can change the name that appears for your customers in the checkout.
- Example: The internal product name might be Frakt 01, but you can set the display name to Standard Delivery.
- You can add multiple shipping products if you want to offer different shipping options (see example image).
5. Save and Test
- Click Save after making changes.
- Then click Visit shop in the top right corner.
- Add a product to the cart, go to the cart page, and check that the shipping option appears correctly.

This is how the shipping option will be displayed to your customers in the cart.
