1. Price Type
- Description: This field indicates the type of price being set.
- How to Fill: You can choose between different types such as “Customer” or “CustomerPriceClass”.
- Customer: Standard pricing for a specific customer.
- CustomerPriceClass: Pricing related to specific price classes, such as discounts or special offers.
2. Price Code
- Description: Unique identifier for the pricing entry.
- How to Fill: Enter the unique price code associated with the price type. For example, “30054” for Customer or a specific code for price classes.
3. Description
- Description: A short text field describing the pricing entry.
- How to Fill: Provide a clear description of the pricing entry. This could be the product or the nature of the discount or campaign applied.
4. Product SKU
- Description: Product Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), which uniquely identifies the product.
- How to Fill: Enter the SKU for the product you are pricing. For example, “108” for a specific product.
5. Campaign
- Description: This field marks whether the price is part of a specific promotional campaign.
- How to Fill: If the price is part of a campaign, enter “yes” (as shown in one example). Otherwise, leave it empty or enter “no” if there is no campaign tied to the price.
6. Price
- Description: The price of the product.
- How to Fill: Enter the price in the currency specified in the next field. For example, “233” for a product.
7. Currency
- Description: The currency in which the price is listed.
- How to Fill: Enter the currency, such as “NOK” for Norwegian Krone.
8. Valid From
- Description: The start date when the price is valid.
- How to Fill: Enter the date when the price starts being applicable, formatted as YYYY-MM-DD. For example, “2025-11-22”.
9. Expiration Date
- Description: The date when the price expires and is no longer valid.
- How to Fill: Enter the expiration date of the pricing, formatted as YYYY-MM-DD. For example, “2026-05-28”.
