To connect your Vipps account with Storeshop you need the following information:
- Merchant serial number
- Vipps-subscription-key
- Vipps-subscription-key (secondary)
- Client_id
- Client_secret
To start you need to
1. Open the browser and go to https://portal.vipps.no.
2. Log in with your BankID.
3. Create a business account by following the instructions on the screen.
To find the information Vipps-subscription-key, Vipps-subscription-key (secondary), Client_id, Client_secret you can follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Vipps portal with your login details.
2. Open the “Developer” menu.
3. Click on “SHOW KEYS” under “API Keys”.
4. Copy the keys and paste them into an email to support@storeshop.no.
How to find your Merchant Serial Number (MSN):

Log in to the Vipps portal and go to your sales unit.

The MSN is displayed to the right of the unit name, or you can click on the unit name and select “Show keys” to view it.
How to connect Vipps and Storeshop
- Login to the Storeshop control panel -> Go to Settings -> Order & Fulfilment -> Payment settings.
- Scroll down to Vipps settings and tick “Checkout with Vipps“.
- Fill out the four Vipps credential fields – enter the values as described earlier in this article.
- Click Save in the top right corner to connect Vipps with your Storeshop webshop.
