1. Download template:
If your data is imported to Storeshop through an Excel file, you have to use a standard excel template. This can be downloaded here: Click here to download.
2. Import custom fields (filter):
To import more information about your products you can use custom fields. You can import as many custom fields you want. It’s important to not change the column names. The column names can be changed later on from the dashboard.

How do I upload the file?
When you have finished preparing your product file, you can upload it to Storeshop by following these steps:

Log in to your Storeshop account and go to the Dashboard.

Navigate to Import and select Excel.

Upload your product file by clicking Upload File and selecting the file you want to import.

After the upload, you can click View Logs to see details from previous imports. Here you can check the import status, including how many products were successfully created, how many were updated, and how many failed.
This allows you to monitor and verify that your product import has been processed correctly.
